Strong storm at Alberta music festival, 1 killed

(NECN/CTV) – One person was killed after a storm whipped through an outdoor country music festival in Alberta. Police say strong winds ripped apart the stage at the big valley jamboree last night. More than a dozen people were injured. It was a terrifying ordeal for concert goers. Actor Kevin Costner and his band, Modern West, were scheduled to take the stage right after the storm hit. The four-day festival started Thursday.
