Ted Kennedy, a man now at rest

(NECN: RD Sahl) – Edward Kennedy. In death — as in life — his name evokes strong feelings. After four days of extended coverage, we know from our own e-mails that his detractors will never forgive his failings. Those shortcomings ended his White House dream. He became, instead, a man of the Senate; and those who love him point to a legislative record that changed America. Tonight, Ted Kennedy’s journey is over. A native son of Massachusetts — the last son of the Kennedy dynasty — is at rest. NECN’s Lauren Kleciak put together the piece seen in the video player above highlighting the final four days of Kennedy tributes.
