Prudential Center in Boston evacuated due to flooding

(NECN: Michelle Brown, Boston, Mass.) – Emergency crews are on the scene at the Prudential Center dealing with some type of water main break that happened in the building lobby. Crews are now working to evacuate the entire tower and parts of the mall. There are no reports of any injuries at this time. Legal Seafood and California Pizza Kitchen are among the stores that remain open for business at this time. The Top of the Hub is being evacuated. Police and fire departments are on the scene. Firefighters are doing a floor-by-floor search. The Prudential Center is New England’s #1 shopping and dining destination, featuring more than 75 stores and restaurants. It is located between Boylston Street and Huntington Avenue.
