The New Deal by President Franklin D. Roosevelt helped the United States recover from the Great Depression. Now, as we are in the midst of a recession, Sen. Ed Markey is co-sponsoring the Green New Deal, which polls show many people don’t fully understand. Meteorologist Chris Gloninger sat down virtually with Markey to have him break it down.
