CNN Files Suit Against Trump

CNN is suing Donald Trump and several top aides for barring reporter Jim Acosta, alleging the president has violated the First and Fifth Amendment rights of the network and the reporter. Assistant professor Dan Farbman of Boston College Law School joins Sue O’Connell to discuss the lawsuit, as well as Trump’s controversial hiring of Matt Whitaker as acting attorney general.
