Columbia Gas Apologizes for Lack of Response to Explosions in Mass.

The president of the utility company responsible for gas-related explosions in three Massachusetts communities apologized on Friday. Shortly after, Lawrence Mayor Dan Rivera, who sharply criticized the company for not providing more information, said he was glad Gov. Charlie Baker issued a State of Emergency for the region and put another utility company in charge.
