VT Fuel Dealers Team With Charities to Heat Bus Driver's Home

A Rutland, Vermont man whose family experienced hardship just got a full tank of home heating oil. It was made possible thanks to a program called Split the Ticket, where fuel dealers including Keyser Energy and local charities partner to cover Vermonters who have fallen on hard times.
