Lawmakers Agree on Framework for Gun Reform Deal

Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle have reached an agreement on a set of proposals to reduce gun violence. Some of the changes include enhanced background checks for people under 21 years old, expanded restrictions on domestic abusers owning guns, increased funding for school security and mental health programs.
