Mass RMV Head Stepping Down After Deadly NH Crash

A vigil will be held Wednesday for the victims of a deadly motorcycle crash in New Hampshire. Meanwhile, the head of the Massachusetts RMV is stepping down in connection with that crash. Officials say the driver facing charges shouldn’t have had his commercial license.
