Caledonia Spirits

This distillery in Hardwick, Vermont, focuses on a special connection to the land by using locally grown grains and harvesting raw honey by their own bees. They are most well-known for “Barr Hill Gin,” a juniper and raw honey infused gin that won them a gold medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in Hong Kong. They love to show visitors around the distillery with a tour, and you can even taste the different products.
