Fire Commissioner: “This Was Not a Reckless Act, It Was Careless”

Joseph E. Finn, the Fire Commissioner for the City of Boston, spoke alongside Mayor Marty Walsh after it was announced that no criminal charges will be filed in the March 2014 blaze in the city’s Back Bay neighborhood that claimed the lives of Lt. Edward Walsh, 43, and firefighter Michael Kennedy, 33.
