‘Perfect storm': Sumner Tunnel closure hits food pantry patrons

The major traffic from the closure of the Sumner Tunnel is having a ripple effect on food-insecure communities in the Boston area as trips to the Salvation Army food pantry in Haverhill are taking twice as long.
