Personal Safety a Focus in Waltham as Serial Attacker Remains at Large

Waltham police are doing everything they can to find a serial attacker including significantly increasing patrols, using a drone overhead and offering a $5,000 reward for information. They’re also offering safety information to residents who are afraid with the suspect who strikes at random still on the loose.
