Pilot Program Aims to Reduce Tolls for Some

A proposal for a pilot program to reduce tolls for people who drive during off-peak hours with the hope it will reduce traffic congestion during rush hours has made it through the legislature. But will Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker send it back to lawmakers? Chris Dempsey, director for “Transportation for Massachusetts” joins Chris to talk about the program.
