Pine Street Inn Proposes Permanent Housing Complex in

It’s a proposal that could provide permanent supportive housing for Boston’s homeless population and also provide some affordable housing for low-to-middle-income residents. The Pine Street Inn is teaming with a developer of affordable housing and a local architecture firm for the plan in Jamaica Plain. Lyndia Downie, Pine Street Inn’s executive director, Andy Waxman, Community Builders regional VP of Development, New England, and Eric Robinson of Rode Architects, join Sue to talk about the plan.
