San Francisco Becomes 1st City to Ban Facial Recognition Technology

San Francisco has become the first city in the United States to ban police or other government agencies to use facial recognition technology and a Massachusetts community may be next. Plus, new video of the Sandra Bland police confrontation is released, which may have changed the conversation on that death and police treatment of black Americans.
