Some Teachers Have Safety Concerns With Mass. Schools Set to Welcome Students Back Monday

More than 227,000 at-home rapid COVID tests arrived in Franklin and other towns and are being distributed to school districts throughout the state so teachers can test themselves before returning to the classroom Monday.
