Troubling Data on State of Preschool

In recent weeks, teachers in Arizona, Kentucky, Oklahoma and West Virginia have taken to the streets in protest over lack of funding and low wages. A nationwide report on preschool education finds while more children enrolling in state preschool programs, there are massive disparities in quality and funding across the country. Harvard Graduate School of Education professor Nonie Lesaux gives her take.
