(NECN) - Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick has made investing in education spending one key part of his bold plan to restructure taxes in the Bay State.

Commissioner Sherri Killins, of the Department of Early Education and Care, joined "The Morning Show" to discuss the Education Investment Plan that the Governor announced last week.
