Haze and humidity building through Wednesday, Improvements for the WeekendA cold front that is currently stalled across eastern coasts will eventually push offshore later this morning. A new airmass moves in today, though clouds may stick around throughout the day as drier air takes its time filtering down to the surface, highs around 80. Clearing skies and cooler temperatures everywhere tonight, lows in the upper 50s. Tomorrow features mostly sunny skies and seasonable temperatures with highs in the low 80s as high pressure moves in. Partly cloudy skies will prevail on Saturday as high pressure shifts offshore and a southwest flow develops across the region, highs in the mid-80s. Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with an increasing threat of showers as humidity builds back on Sunday. Mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms for the start of next week as the next weather system and its associated cold front approach the region, highs in the lower 80s. Middle of next week expected to be dry with partly cloudy skies and highs in the lower 80s.
