(NECN: John Daly) - The uprising in Libya is becoming more volatile and violent. Anti-government forces fired guns into the air in celebration. They control Libya's second largest city.

But the government fought back, bombing a rebel ammo depot. In Washington, President Obama and the UN Secretary General met as international pressure mounts.
