(NECN: Kenneth Craig) - Some tax relief could finally be on tap for the nation's smaller beer-making companies, including some in Central Massachusetts. Massachusetts Senator John Kerry is pushing for a bill in Washington today that would cut the excise taxes for many small brewers.
