(NECN: Justin Michaels, Dorchester, Mass.) - Three people have been killed in an early morning crash on Morrissey Blvd. in Dorchester, Mass.

Police have confirmed that a car rolled over and struck a bridge abutment around 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Three people, two men and one woman, all believed to be young adults, died in the crash.

The car reportedly crashed through a parking lot and crashed against a bridge wall.

Two of the people involved in the crash were pronounced dead at the scene, and the third victim died either in transit or at the hospital.

Police have not confirmed whether speed was a factor in the crash.

Morrissey Blvd. was shut down at Neponset Circle, and traffic was being detoured onto Rt. 93 Northbound.
