(NECN) - Whitey Bulger slipped in and out of federal court today almost unnoticed to meet with his lawyer. The media wasn't informed he was coming.

It's anybody's guest what's going through the mind of Whitey Bulger, much less what enabled him to elude capture for 16 years.

Jack Levin joins Joe Battenfeld to discuss the case. Levin is Brudnick Professor of Sociology and Criminology at Northeastern University in Boston.
