Local man shot dead in Avon, MA

(NECN: Greg Wayland, Avon, Mass.) - Police are investigating the first homicide in Avon, Mass. in 15 years after 23-year-old Kristopher Rosa was shot and killed Monday night.

Rosa was shot in a vehicle and taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton, Mass., where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities are called it an isolated incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
