(NECN) - Off The Shelf Tuesday morning, a new children's book dedicated to the memory of the late Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy.

"Rose's Garden" celebrates the spirit of community, the beauty of nature, and the power of faith and imagination.

Best selling illustrator and author Peter Reynolds wrote the book and created the whimsical pictures that accompany it.

Reynolds is best known as the creator of "Ish", "The Dot" and "The North Star, books that focus on discovering your inner artist and creating outside the box.
