November 7, 2009 Oprah, Ellen promote special issue of O Magazine Play video

(NECN/WBBM: Chicago, Ill.) - Two of the biggest names in daytime talk created a mob scene on Chicago's Magnificent Mile on Friday.

Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres teamed up to promote the December issue of O Magazine.

The two media stars share the cover and gave away copies of the special issue.

Although the event had almost no publicity, about 1,000 people flocked to see Oprah and Ellen.

The issue is due to hit newsstands on November 12th.
