(NECN: Arlington, VA) - President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden lunch together at least once a week, but usually they eat in the White House.

Today, they took a short drive to Virginia to a small burger joint called Ray's Hell Burger.

The two leaders stood in line with the rest of the lunch crowd and went to the counter where the meat was being grilled and ordered.

Each fetched cash from his pocket and paid for his meal.

The president even treated a couple of reporters in the press corps to burgers.

Ray's 10-ounce burgers sell for $6.95.
