| April 23, 2008 Second zebra caught in Georgia

(NECN: Atlanta, GA) - Some students at an Emory University satellite campus in Georgia may have thought they were seeing things after a zebra showed up Wednesday morning.
From a news helicopter view - you can see animal experts carefully trying to load that zebra into a special trailer. This is at Oxford College of Emory University in Newton County, Georgia.
Campus police and Newton County sheriff's deputies are trying to figure out how the zebra ended up there. The thought is it must be a prank.
About two weeks ago there was another zebra in the news in Georgia. A young zebra fell from a truck on I-75 south of Atlanta in Henry County and was hit by a car. No one ever came forward to claim ownership.
The zebra in the accident required extensive surgery by Auburn University veterinarians and will have a permanent home at Noah's Ark Animal Rehabilitation Center in Locust Grove, Georgia.
