(NECN/WPRI) - Stanley Kobierowski was arrested on I-95 on Tuesday after police recorded his blood alcohol level at .491, more than six times the legal limit.
Although a .45 is generally considered fatal, Kobierowski lived to see himself fired from his job as a kitchen worker at a Providence restaurant.
Kobierowsky will be back in court on Friday after this record breaking drunk driving arrest.
