(NECN) - An organization in Worcester, Massachusetts is asking the Vatican to canonize a local woman.
They say Audrey Santo of Worcester was linked to several healings after falling into a coma as a child.
The Diocese of Worcester was unable to prove or disprove the claims in the a 1999 investigation.
Santo died in 2007 of Cardio-respiratory failure.
Sainthood requires two authenticated miracles to be attributed to Santo after her death.
