New Hampshire State Police charged an alleged drunk driver following a crash in Dover early Saturday morning.
Around 2:54 p.m., troopers responded to the report of a rollover crash on Route 16 southbound. Investigation reveals that the motorist, 27-year-old John Labo of Marshfield, Massachusetts, failed to negotiate a turn in the roadway, causing him to strike and cross the guardrail.
Labo was transported to Wentworth Douglas Hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. He was ultimately placed under arrest for DWI and transporting a controlled drug.
The crash remains under investigation.
