Police Investigate Nazi Symbol Found in Mass. School

Lexington Police are investigating a swastika, found on the wall of a boys’ bathroom at Lexington High School last Saturday, as a hate crime.

According to The Boston Globe, the Nazi symbol was discovered by a parent during a school play. Principal Laura Lasa sent out a letter to parents Friday calling the incident “disappointing.” “We will not tolerate hurtful language, prejudice, or discrimination,” the letter said.

The school reported the incident to the police and the town’s Human Rights Committee.
