(NECN) - PAREXEL CEO Josef von Rickenbach has had to oversee the company's transition from a start-up to a global company.

Throughout the transition, von Rickenbach and his company faced plenty of challenges.

"I think people who have never done it don't appreciate how hard that is," von Rickenbach said. "But every stage had its rewards, and had its challenges, and I enjoyed all of them. Of course, I grew with it, no doubt - hopefully a little ahead of it, actually. I still like it, I still enjoy it."

He also tells CEO Corner about how he creates an culture for success, where employees enjoy working.
