Survey: Over 80 Percent of People Feel Burnt Out at Work

A new survey is shining some light on just how frustrated some people are in the workplace. Monster Worldwide surveyed people and the results showed that many people looking for a job already have one and that about 80 percent of people admit to feeling burnt out.

He said it is a high number and something to be worried about, especially for younger people, who are coping with making transitions for their education.

Mian said the take-home message is to find out what works when it comes to reducing stress and the feeling of being burnt out.
