(NECN: Deanna Morgan, Scituate, Mass.) - The flood level in Scituate, Mass. has leveled off for the most part, but there's several streets still filled with water. For example, Rebecca Road and Oceanside Drive where Tom Giacomozzi lives.
If the flood level keeps rising one thing's for sure -- it'll flood his house. Last month's blizzard caused him big problems.
"Of course we lost power and then all the pipes and the heating system and the water system froze so I had to replace all the pipes in the basement," says Tom.
Residents in Scituate say they're noticing coastal floods are happening more often during storms. Every home near 11th Ave. had backyards filled with water so high it looked like one big river.
