(TV Diner) - Chef and owner, Gary Strack, blends technology with food and drink - at the recently opened Firebrand Saints in Cambridge, Mass.
The name comes from the notion of a bad boy with good ideas, including some wild artwork on the video screens --- along with the Boston Red Sox.
Strack imported a rotisserie from France so the restaurant can do classic rotisserie techniques.
