(This Week In Business) - When it comes to Boston real estate, there may be new plans in the works for the gaping hole in the ground at Filene's Basement, and and new owners for the highest tower in the sky.
The Boston Herald is reporting that Suffolk University is interested in converting the old Filene's site into a dorm.
Also, Boston Properties has bought one of the city's most notable buildings. The group purchased the Boston landmark John Hancock Tower for $930 million.
