(NECN) - Verizon is paying up for three years of over-charging their customers.
They've agreed to pay a $25 million fine for charging customers who accidentally logged onto the web on their phone, and didn't have a data plan.
They're giving those 15 million customers a refund of around $2-6 each. That will eventually total nearly $53 million in refunds.
