Ex-School Bus Driver Indicted in Crash

The driver of a school bus that crashed into a tree in Nottingham, New Hampshire, in February, injuring three children, has been indicted.

Stephanie Boyd was indicted this month on charges of second-degree assault, reckless conduct, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of simple assault.

Authorities said she was accused of downloading a mobile app to her cellphone while driving.

One 12-year-old girl on the bus suffered a broken jaw, facial nerve damage and cuts.

It wasn't immediately known if Boyd, who no longer drives a bus, has a lawyer.
