Police have arrested a Troy, Maine, man accused of putting a 12-year-old in a choke hold for several minutes, causing the child to almost lose consciousness.
According to necn affiliate WCSH, witnesses told police that the victim had been joking around with Paul Hustus, when Hustus put the child in the choke hold.
Hustus is being charged with aggravated assault. He was released on $1,500 cash bail.
