Police have arrested a Woodstock, Maine, teenager accused of starting two fires at two different homes on the same street he lives on, both of which were destroyed.

Maine State Police say Jordan Caldwell, 19, was arrested Saturday afternoon and is expected in court Monday.

Officials say he broke into the home at 254 Gore Road on March 26 and set a fire that burned the home to the ground.

He is also accused of setting another fire at 255 Gore Road on Friday. The damage was so extensive the building will likely have to be torn down.

Officials say Caldwell lives with his parents, broke into the homes, stole a few items and set the fires.

The overall damage is estimated at over $500,000.
