The state fire marshal's office says two fires that hit businesses in Falmouth, Massachusetts, early Monday have been determined to have been intentionally set.
The first fire occurred at 12:50 a.m. and destroyed the building at 12 Spring Bars Rd., that housed the Fabric Corner. The second fire happened across the street at the Dollar Tree store in a strip mall at 7 Davis Straits around 1:20 a.m.
No injuries were reported in either blaze.
The investigation now becomes a criminal one as police work to determine who started the fires, and whether or not they are connected.
Anyone with information is asked to call Massachusetts' statewide arson hotline at 1-800-682-9229.
