Protesters who found themselves arrested in Boston over the weekend are due in court this week.
The 23 protesters were part of about 1,000 protesters who made their way through Boston Saturday to protest the recent grand jury decisions out of Ferguson, Missouri, and Staten Island.
State police say all 23 arrested were taken in for disorderly conduct.
Still, police say their protesters remained relatively peaceful, unlike other cities around the nation.
Boston Police Chief William Gross says protesters peacefully used voices of logic.
He added that Boston Police are ahead of the curve in academy training when it comes to procedural justice and unconscious bias, and that the academy is committed to improving.
