4 Men Accused of Sexual Assault Face Massachusetts Judge

Four men in the country illegally who've been charged in a sexual assault in Framingham, Massachusetts, are being held without bail.

Nineteen-year-old Elmer Diaz, 24-year-old Ariel Diaz, 32-year-old Adan Diaz and 27-year-old Marlon Josue Jarquin-Felipe are charged with kidnapping and other crimes.

A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman said Monday that ICE has placed detainers on them. Ariel Diaz and Jarquin-Felipe, Guatemalan citizens, were previously deported.

The men are accused of grabbing a woman as she walked with her boyfriend March 13 and carrying her into a nearby apartment, where she was raped. She later escaped.

The MetroWest Daily News reports the men's attorneys call the story suspect. They say the woman and her boyfriend have criminal records and didn't seek medical treatment.

A dangerousness hearing is scheduled for Monday.
