Police in Boston are looking for a missing man they say is of "diminished mental capacity."
Howard Payne, 54, was last seen around 8 p.m. Tuesday in the city's Roslindale neighborhood. According to police, he is unable to take his medications on his own.
Payne, who sometimes goes by "Tony," is described as a 5'4 black man who weighs about 150 pounds and has a slim build. When he went missing on Symmes Street, he was wearing a black shirt, blue pants and white sneakers.
