The Boston Fire Department says one person is displaced after a three-alarm fire tore through a home in the city's Jamaica Plain neighborhood Sunday morning.
According to the department, the initial call for the blaze at the intersection of Porter and Jess Streets at 5:12 a.m.
The sole resident of the home is safe, but displaced. Boston's Fire Chief estimates damages at $700,000.
Fire investigators were on scene as of 7:30 a.m.
