A Massachusetts man charged with what authorities call an "unprovoked" attack on another patron at a Quincy bar who later died has pleaded not guilty to a murder charge.
Paul Fahey was arraigned Monday on the murder charge. He was already being held without bail after pleading not guilty to assault and other charges connected to the March 23 attack.
Police say the 42-year-old Fahey, a known member of a motorcycle gang, punched Keith Boudreau in the head then stomped on him inside the Home Ice Sports Bar.
Police say the attack left Boudreau unconscious.
Boudreau, a 42-year-old father of three, died Friday at the hospital after his family took him off life support.
A witness told police that Boudreau stared at Fahey, but the two did not exchange words.
