A Wakefield, Massachusetts, man has been charged with his fifth DUI offense.
On Saturday, police say they received a report that a motorist had been driving in an erratic and aggressive manner on Union Street.
Police determined the motorist, 52-year-old John Rush, had been drinking and located an open bottle of tequila in the passenger seat. Rush was charged with his fifth offense of operating under the influence.
