A woman was arrested following a crash involving a Massachusetts State Police cruiser in Boston Tuesday.
The crash occurred just before 2 a.m. on I-93 south, just south of exit 18.
State police say the other vehicle struck the rear of the cruiser as the officer was on the scene of a two-vehicle crash.
The trooper was taken to Tufts Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. He has since been released.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the cruiser, Lily Reid, 21, of Quincy, was arrested on scene after it was determined she was impaired.
She was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and failure to move over for an emergency vehicle..
